To be eligible for a return, your AI translator must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Purchase Date: Item was purchased within the last 30 days (from delivery date)
  • Mint Condition: Device shows no signs of wear, scratches, scuffs, or damage
  • Full Functionality: Device powers on, operates normally, and all features work correctly
  • Original Packaging: All original packaging, accessories, and documentation included
  • Accessories Complete: Charging cable, manual, and any included accessories present
  • Factory Reset: Device has been reset to factory settings (if applicable)
⚠️ Important Return Requirement
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance. AI Genius Translator is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items and conditions are not eligible for return:

  • Damaged Devices: Any device with physical damage, scratches, cracks, or signs of wear
  • Water Damage: Devices that have been exposed to water or show signs of liquid damage
